Shipping Policy
Items will be dispatched via Royal Mail within 3 working days, a receipt of posting is always collected. Items are posted to the exact address provided by the customer.

To keep shipping costs down we use Royal Mail for UK orders and International Standard Delivery for international orders, this is not tracked but we always get a proof of posting. If you would like tracked delivery, or a quote for country do get in touch and we will create a shipping profile for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns must be dispatched back to us within 7 days of receipt by the customer. All return postage costs must be paid by the customer and proof of postage obtained. On receipt of the item the customer will be contacted and any refunds issued.
